Born of Incorruptible Seed
“Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.”
Every seed reproduces after its own kind. When you were born again, you weren't given a touched-up version of your old life. You were given a new kind of life altogether — incorruptible.
Corruptible things wear out. They get tired, sick, anxious, defeated. The seed God planted in you doesn't. It lives, it abides, and it forever bears the nature of the One who sowed it.
So when life pushes against the new you — when the old voice whispers that nothing has really changed — remember the seed. It's not corrupting. It's not aging. It's not failing. It's the Word of God in you, alive forever.
